Introduction

More than basketball training.

SOAR was built to help athletes develop beyond the individual workout. We develop basketball skills, athletic performance, confidence, basketball IQ, and the mindset necessary to keep progressing.

We also help athletes and parents understand what comes next — from navigating the college basketball landscape to preparing for potential professional opportunities overseas.

The SOAR Philosophy

Four pillars. One standard.

S.O.A.R. is a development framework, not a slogan. Every session, every conversation, and every plan is built around these four ideas.

S

Skill

Become a better basketball player.

Individual skill development, shooting, ball handling, finishing, footwork, decision-making, basketball IQ, and position-specific development.

O

Ownership

Take responsibility for your development.

Athletes learn how to prepare, work, communicate, set goals, and take ownership of their basketball and academic journey.

A

Attitude

How you approach the game matters.

Confidence, competitiveness, coachability, leadership, professionalism, and a growth mindset built into every session.

R

Resilience

The path isn't always easy.

Handling setbacks, injuries, cuts, limited playing time, recruiting disappointment, and the adversity every athlete meets.

What SOAR Does

More than training. A pathway for the game.

01

Player Development

Private training, small-group training, camps, clinics, position-specific work, basketball IQ, and game-based development designed around the individual athlete.

02

Athletic Performance

Basketball-specific athletic performance training designed to help athletes move better, jump better, react faster, and perform with greater confidence — plyometrics, speed and agility, mobility and movement, coordination, and conditioning.

Performance coaching only. SOAR does not provide physical therapy, athletic training services, rehabilitation, or medical advice.

03

College Pathway

Education and guidance on NCAA Division I, II, III, NAIA, and JUCO. Identifying realistic opportunities, building a recruiting profile, highlight film guidance, coach communication, timelines, visits, and evaluating programs.

SOAR provides education, guidance, and pathway planning — never guarantees of scholarships, roster spots, or offers.

Parent Education

Parents are part of the journey. SOAR helps families understand levels, what coaches look for, when recruiting matters, how to communicate, what to ask, and how to support an athlete without taking over the process.

Parents

The game can be confusing for parents. It doesn't have to be.

Most families are navigating this for the first time. SOAR gives you honest answers about what level may fit, what coaches are actually looking for, when recruiting should become a priority, and how to support your athlete through it.

I'VE BEEN THROUGH THE JOURNEY.

JUCO. NCAA Division I. NAIA. Professional basketball overseas. Four very different levels, and a path that rarely looked like the one drawn up at the start.

Along the way came the parts nobody prepares you for — recruiting silence, transfers, injuries, roles that changed overnight, and decisions made without enough information. SOAR exists so the next generation of athletes and families can make those decisions with perspective instead of guesswork.
